I recently sold my house in Sacramento, CA. Carla Ferrante was my agent. She was referred to me by another real estate agent and I'm very lucky he did. Trying to find the right agent can be a frustrating task. You want somebody who is competent, good negotiator and can get the job done right and on time. Needs to have your best interests in mind and can perform when situations are getting difficult. There are a lot of unknowns that come up during a real estate transaction and have to be handled just right in order to finish the deal and be successful.With this in mind, Carla is the agent you need! She did an excellent job for me. From arranging inspections and getting repairs done to making sure all the necessary paperwork is completed and filed on time. In addition, she helped me with packing and moving to my new location. I was under a very tight time line and needed help getting everything done right. Carla was incredible. She can handle tough situations with no problem and seems to really enjoy the challenge.I can not say enough about the job Carla did. It was so unbelievable that my brother could not believe it was the same house. She staged and took the most amazing pictures that helped to sell my house quickly and for a terrific price.Thanks again Carla!!
