I was referred to Bill by a close friend and local neighbor whom he had helped purchase a multi-million dollar second home for. From our initial contact, Bill has been the consummate real estate professional. I buy, sell, and develop real estate professionally and contacted Bill to help with a 1031 exchange purchase that I needed to complete. I was looking for something in Napa or St. Helena. After a brief interview, Bill was able to put together a curated list of properties that fit our needs. I did a few tours with him and settled on a home to make an offer on. The transaction was not just a standard one, as both the seller and myself were holding the property as an investment.
