From our very first introduction and continuing through the listing and escrow process I knew I had made the right choice having Soozie as my agent. I was selling my house and it was important to me to find an agent who would be a good match to work with. She is down to earth and genuine. She is detail oriented both in verbal and written communication. I always heard back from her in a timely manner. She is attentive and kept me informed all along the way. We communicated via texting on a daily basis when I was at work. I never was left wondering what the status of escrow was. At times I felt a little anxious since it was my first time selling but Soozie held my hand while walking me through the contractual steps and always provided me with invaluable guidance. Escrow recently closed and I was able to take a huge sigh of relief. Her confidence gave me confidence in knowing I chose well in having her represent me.
