We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Eddie. We were first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We heard great things about Eddie and decides to seek his help in finding the right house for us. Eddie is very professional, friendly, honest, hands-on, and responsive . His patiance and understanding really helped to take the pressure off of us. Eddie was always available to meet us and show us properties we were interested in. What we loved the most is that we never felt pressure to make an offer and when we finally found the one and ended up in a bidding war w/ counter offer , Eddie walked us through every step of the negotiations guiding us step by step through the process. There aren't words strong enough to say how pleased we are with Jinny. She went above and beyond with helping us find the perfect home in El Dorado Hills. Jinny is a true professional and showed us nothing but patience, punctuality, and responsiveness. She was always available to answer any of our calls and was flexible with our work schedules when making showings. We loved that after each home we saw, she noted what we liked and disliked, and every new home was more geared toward what we needed and wanted. We must have seen over 20+ homes in El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, and Folsom but Jinny never gave up on us. Weve sold and purchased a few homes in the past with other agents and the whole escrow process can be a bit stressful. We were surprised how much more organized she was than other agents weve worked with and she made the entire process super easy. She was honest and gave us candid advice which we so appreciated. Shes also a great negotiator and she saved us money on the purchase price (which we didnt think we could get). We cant thank her enough and she was so pleasant to work with.
