I reached out to Mallory, frustrated with my 2 month search for a home with another agent. I had viewed over 30 homes, lost four homes as my offers were submitted to slowly. I needed a change. I reached out to Mallory.MALLORY immediately went to work, as soon as I called her. She made my trips from the Bay Area fruitful, seeing as many homes I wanted, moving mountains to make things work for me and sellers.In only two weeks, we found the home, and made an offer, got it accepted and proceeded quickly to close. Mallory walked me through the process of home buying in Citrus Heights, inspections, and she worked closely with my mortgage company for me. Mallory made all the appointments that I couldn't due to work, and even set up services prior to my move in. Mallory also worked with my family who stood in for me for inspections and other onsite meetings.It was magic - and I couldn't recommend using Mallory for your home sell or home buying . Mallory will be my go to person!!!

Mallory was amazing to have as our real estate agent. We had a different one prior to her and we were not pleased because the agent was not interested in the price range home we wanted. We were almost discouraged to even look at homes until we came across Mallory. She took the time to listen to what we wanted, and she still wanted to work with us when we wanted to look in other counties and our work schedule was chaotic. When we found the home we wanted, she was upfront with everything and kept us informed of everything that was happening. We were very happy with all she did to make sure we got the house we wanted. We can't t thank her enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time she spent during this process. She made things so easy for us, if it wasnt for her time and knowledge and loyalty to her clients, we wouldnt have purchased and be in the home we are in today.
