Let me start by saying I never leave reviews......HOWEVER, Brian made a very stressful situation manageable. We now live in a different state, finally decided to sell our last remaining property in Washington MO. and thought aEURoehow hard can it be?aEUR?. Let me tell you it was not easy! From the beginning Brian made sure the property was priced right, got multiple agents in to see it, used social media to help reach potential buyers, even did a before and after show case once all updates were finished all while we were in another state! Oh and he had to deal with trying to get photos when renters would not return calls to schedule a time to do so! All this would be enough to make Brain realtor of the year, right? Well his job wasnt over, once we had a contract he ended up juggling more than one appraisal, yep, you read correctly, more then one lender, yep correct again, oh and did I mention it was the third closing date that actually aEURoegot it doneaEUR?? One of the scheduled closings we even went back to do in person and it wasnt the one that actually happened! Brian handled this roller coaster like the pro he is, he communicated via phone, text and email, made sure we could sign documents long distance and aEURoebeggedaEUR? I'm sure everyone at the title company to work around our schedule for not one but two of the closing dates. I do not know of any agent who would have went this far for his clients. Brian didnt not work aEURoeto close a dealaEUR? Brian worked to help his clients! He cares about doing what needs to be done to make sure his clients have the best service humanly possible along with the best advice during the home buying/selling experience. I hope none of you ever have the rocky road we did, but if something ever did happen, and lets face it a lot of unexpected can happen in the buying/selling process, you WANT Brian on your side!!! BRIAN, WE CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!
