WOW!! Jimmy and his team were exceptional! I don't often write reviews for many services, but I absolutely have to write one for Jimmy.Unfortunately, I had to go through a short sale in Green Valley and had interviewed at least 7-8 other agents in the Fairfield area claiming to be short sale experts and none of them impressed me. Luckily I found Jimmy. He was a life saver. He spent a lot of time explaining to me the process and answered all my questions and concerns. He made me feel completely comfortable of what I was about to embark on and explained to me exactly what to expect. He was honest, straight forward, and very understanding. Once we officially started the process, everything went through smoothly with the bank and buyer. The whole process felt very easy thanks to Jimmy and his team.I had a good basis of comparison as I have worked with many real estate professionals buying and selling properties throughout the years. I can't say enough about his customer service, he always answers my emails and phone calls extremely prompt even when it's late at night or weekends. He made me feel like I was buying/selling a multi-million dollar property, except that my property was only worth a little under $300K. I would never hesitate to go back to Jimmy if I ever need real estate help.
