Charlotte, what bad things can we say about her... If being on time, professional, going above and beyond is a bad thing, Charlotte is a terrible agent to represent you. :)In all seriousness, Charlotte is among some of the best agents we've had the opportunity to work with. She's punctual, which is super important to us. You can tell how professional someone is by how they handle appointment times with their clients and Charlotte is superb in that department. Charlotte also went above and beyond her duty as an agent to help us. Since we live a few hours away from the area we wanted to invest in, there we numerous times Charlotte helped us arranged for many of the pre-purchase inspections - making our lives a whole lot easier. Additionally, Charlotte is not only knowledgeable of local markets, she's very well versed with the entire transaction process from beginning to end. She's very responsive with communication as well.
