So this review is overdue! Where do I begin? Okay it was this past July 2017 and my husband and I decided to put our primary residence in Woodland on the market after 11 years. The only house our children ever knew. We decided to do a for sale by owner. Our house had been on the market for a month and it was then when we met Francisco Jimenez. He had brought his client to see our home on a Saturday and the next day we had an offer and went into a 30 day escrow. Franciscos services were excellent! Hands down he is a genuine expert of his trade. Francisco made the process of selling our home as smooth as possible. We were very pleased with all his services from scheduling inspections to making sure we met all maintenance appointments. He assisted us and connected us with every professional that could help us fix the things necessary to sell our house. He knows a lot of people who are excellent at what they do and are service oriented as well. Not to mention if necessary he followed up with the maintenance appointments by either showing up or calling us to make sure the work was done. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor! We were truly blessed to have had Franciscos services. He knows his stuff! Not only did he assist us in selling our home he also helped us obtain a moving truck via REMAX so we could move into our next home. Francisco made every part of process simple and explained everything to make sure we understood each step of the process. If you are looking for a local realtor/property manager we would highly recommend Francisco Jimenez!!!

Francisco did an amazing job handling our transactions! He assisted us with the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. From the beginning, we mentioned to him that we were not in a rush to sale, but that if the right house came along, we would be ready to list. He was understanding and still willing to work with us. He wasn't pushy and gave us the room to list our home and schedule showings on our terms. This is big because we have little kids and we already have a lot on our plate. With his help, everything was no pressure and no stress. He was super knowledgeable on everything we needed to get done to list our home and with the purchase of a new build. We had a very smooth sale with no hiccups and he took care of everything for us. His analysis for list price was pretty accurate and we got multiple offers and one over asking. He coordinated with the buyers agent for all inspections and necessary documents, we didn't have to do much. He negotiated on our behalf the request for repairs and interest buy down for the purchase of our new home as well as getting our offer accepted under asking price. He was very responsive when I had questions and always picks up the phone when I call. 100% professional and super respectful. Definitely listens to his clients' needs and makes sure he has his clients' best interests in mind. If we ever decide to move again, he'd be the one I'd call.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent experience. Only if the words can describe how lucky we have got to work with such a pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, prompt person. His knowledge and availability when needed was exceptional and unmatched. If I could I would work with him without a doubt. Us being away leaving a vacant house, Fransisco took upon himself and made multiple visit just to assure that everything is alright. We are exceptionally pleased and feel blessed to work with Fransisco. I highly recommend him. I am only saying because after selling and buying multiple houses I can match the credibility of him verses others we worked with. Working with someone like Fransisco is like hitting a jackpot and I would wish anyone who read this this review to just give him a try and you would not be disappointed. Thank you Fransisco for your dedication and hard work. This transaction wasnt easy, but you made it very easy for us especially us being away.
