Ponce was late to every appointment, almost 30 minutes most times, and very hard to reach. I was never in contact with him, mostly worked with his assistant. My wife and I felt very out of the loop and walked in blind to all the contracts being sent to us over email with no explanation as to what we are signing. As first time home buyers, our experience was very unpleasant. If you are a first time home buyer, I would suggest someone else who has more time to explain things to you and who values your time and doesn't make you wait for them every appointment with no advance notice. We did get our house however, with little help from Ponce. Good Luck to whoever may read this in the future. If you choose Ponce, I hope you have some time to spare and like the anticipation of waiting days for a text response on one of the biggest decisions of your life.
