I cannot express my gratitude towards Aman Rehal enough!!! I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Aman, but I knew instantly that he was the one for me. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for me!), and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the one aEURoeHOMEaEUR? and ended up in a bidding process, Aman walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that I write a letter to the sellers to explain why I thought they should choose me. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and I thank Aman for that every day! I have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and I always strongly recommend Aman to them!

Working with Travis has been the best decision my husband and I could of made. We've worked with other realtors in the past but they always seemed more concerned on the price of the home and what they thought we wanted. Travis took the time to get to know what we want and what works for us. My husband and I both had different things in mind and we couldn't seem to agree. Travis took the time to see what he could find and incorporate what we were both looking for. He also took the time to make sure we understood the process of buying a home, something our other realtor never did. He educated us on the different type of sales out there whether it be a short sale or a foreclosure. One thing that was super important to us was the area around the homes. We wanted to know were the schools were and if they had a low crime rate. Travis was able to get all that information for us. He really valued our time and we never had to wait for him. He would always call on any home that we interested in and make sure everything was correct before he even showed it to us. I highly recommend Travis and we will always use him as our realtor from now on. We're looking at buying an investment property sometime in 2014 and we will defiantly go back to him.

Ponce was energetic, confident and knowledgeable. He exudes a passion for his work. Ponce could improve his scheduling technique to ensure that a clients time is consistently respected. There is an expectation of loyalty and confidentiality that is assumed as part of realtor/agent fiduciary duties to their clients. I understand and respect that real estate is a field that thrives on sales and purchases along with attaining new and returning clients. However, an agents sales or self interest should remain secondary to their clients interest. It can be a fine line. It may be beneficial to review or inform clients of ALL procedures in the real estate selling/buying process even the procedures that may be assumed as logical or obvious. Ponce was a credible professional but respectfully, sometimes personalities and professional communication styles simply dont work well together from a business perspective.
