As long distance sellers, we were apprehensive about selling our property, however when we first made contact with Gretchen , five months before we actually decided to sell, she kept in contact with us as we had questions about the market locally. She answered promtly and gave us guidance with what was needed, as well as promoting realistic expectations. The process was expedited electronically and she was able to exlplain what was needed for understanding which created much less confusion on our end. She continued to follow with promptness, after the house was listed and updated information as the market adjusted. She was honest with the feedback she gave us which ultimately helped sell the property. She was excellent with the negotiating process and never made us feel anything but supported with what we were comfortable with. She had very good resources to help with repairs and maintenance of the property and sent pictures to verify work needed and completed. We?ve never been through a stress free selling experience, however this was close.......and it was long distance! We highly recommend Gretchen for selling or purchasing a home.
