Erika Luke, and her team are absolutely fantastic! With Erikas extensive experience as a realtor and her knowledge of the city location, I was able to understand and feel comfortable to know that I was dealing with true professionale in the field of real estate. I was treated with compassion and kindness throughout the entire process. I absolutely recommend working with this team. It was also a very fast process which was very convenient with my very busy schedule. Erika kept communication open even at late hours of the day due to the busy nature of my work. Erika took the time to help me understand and to explain the language of the contracts which was absolutely of utmost importance to me as a first time home buyer. I was offered different options and and ended getting a house at a magnificent location near a shopping area, conveniently located in a residential section of Fresno and I am so thankful for her help on this journey. My wife and I lived in the Sacramento area and were relocating to the central valley and we needed a realtor. Jodie came highly recommended to me by a relative. I had spoken to other Fresno area realtors on the phone, and they were pushy, or I had to wait two or three days before they would respond. Jodie first met us at our convenience when we were in Fresno looking at neighborhoods. She met us at our hotel lobby and was genuinely interested in our expectations of a realtor and our wants in a future home. First impression: she wasnt pushy or fake and she was experienced and knowledgeable. From that first meeting, her responsiveness was above and beyond what I expected. We decided on a very specific geographic area in Clovis and she went to work. She met us several times at our convenience when we came to the valley look at homes. If we ever had questions about prices, homes, schools or the status of the property Jodie would be there to answer everything. My wife and I felt like we could call or text her anytime of the day (and we often did), and she would promptly respond. We never felt rushed, or pressured into anything. She would offer professional advice when asked and made sure we understood each step of the buying process. Jodie helped us purchase a home in the neighborhood we wanted, in the right price range within our timeframe for moving. She and her staff we fantastic!
