I'm so excited, I just purchased a new home (for the second time). The first time around I was led down a path to certain failure. The short of it is, transparency.So, going into the second time around purchasing a home, I was very guarded with whom I share my experience with. Having just met Kasama, I immediately found her very personable and professional with just the right amount of uniqueness: ) During our house hunting adventure I could count on Kasama going to bat for us and respectfully available to provide answers to our questions (and there were many). We appreciated Kasama's resourcefulness expediently running down information on properties, areas of interest, buyers resources and a wealth of professional knowledge I did not get the first time around. We first worked with Kasama in 2017 when we purchased in American Canyon. In a very competitive market, Kasama came through with her expertise and knowledge of the market and went the extra mile to ensure our offer was accepted in a multiple offer situation. There is no doubt our success in securing that home was due to Kasamas expert negotiation and communication skills. Fast forward 4 years later and we didnt think twice about contacting Kasama to help us sell our current and purchase our forever home. Kasama asks all the right questions and makes sure she knows exactly what her clients want to accomplish. She provides her feedback and input and it makes for very productive discussion and strategy. She was upfront about how much coordination it takes to sell and buy in this highly competitive market but she assured us that we would be ready. Shes a very kind, caring person who realizes real estate is not only about properties but people too. In selling our home, Kasama was an excellent coach. She provided guidance on decorating and staging to sell. She even helped decorate with some of her own staging props. Now thats complete service. The result was a great photo shoot and awesome presentation video. Upon sale of our house, she helped negotiate an excellent transition from us being the sellers (which involved a short rent back period) to the buyers of our new home and that went very smoothly.In total, Kasama has helped us with three real estate transactions and each one left us 100% satisfied. She's understanding, accommodating, efficient and professional. But yet, she's just like family! We highly recommend her for buying or selling. Thanks to Kasama Lee, we are in our forever home and she helped facilitate the whole process with our purchase back in 2017.

We used Kasama Lee to sell our first home in American Canyon and to help us successfully find our dream home in Benicia, to say she was outstanding is an understatement! Before choosing a real estate agent, my husband and I did a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on two criteria. One, on the investment they have into marketing and selling our home for top dollar and two, someone who would be hands-on in mentoring us to make a smart decision in the purchasing process of our new home in a particular neighborhood in Benicia. Kasama Lee stood out from the rest because of her strong social media presence and we could tell from her previous results in real estate, that her and her team put a lot of work into their listings. Kasama Lee put a 100% effort into helping us showcase our house in its best light. She made this part of the process incredibly easy and when we were presented with our listing we were blown away with the professional photography pictures and open house setup. We were so thrilled with our listing and within a week of being on the market, we had four offers and were able to sell our home 3% over our original asking price! We accepted our offer and we began our search for our dream home as a strong buyer. The purchase process of our home was rather effortless on our part. We saw a few houses that weren't quite the right fit, but got us comfortable in weighing what was truly important to us in our next home. When our eventual house hit the market we jumped on it immediately and because of the positive relations Kasama has within the real estate community, we made a strong offer that was accepted! We did encounter some bumps in the road, to no fault of Kasama Lee, but truly believe we wouldn't (and couldn't) have been able to get through it without Kasama ensuring the deal would go through by her and her team's word. If it weren't for the great working relationship Kasama has with her lender, her constant effective communication with the realtors involved in our sale/purchase and overall expertise, our deal would have never have been successful. I now consider Kasama Lee a great friend and would (and do!) recommend her to anyone searching for a new home or interested in selling their home. We feel so lucky to have had Kasama representing us on both sides, without her our dream home would have remained just that, a dream. But thanks to her, our dream home is now a reality!

Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was a journey, especially as first time home buyers. Despite these circumstances, Kasama made it less overwhelming and guided us through every decision. She cared for us and helped navigate us through each step in the process carefully. Her series of home buying videos were also a great resource that we utilized frequently. Kasama is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. She was always available picking up every call and responding to every email or text in a timely manner. Anytime a new house hit the market meeting our criteria, Kasama notified us of the listing right away. Anytime we requested to see a house, Kasama made sure to schedule an appointment immediately. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house that weve really wanted. Kasama and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you wont regret it.
