Kasama is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor. One wouldn't have to read her resume but need only to interact with her to know she has command of the situation and in the business. Not only is she professional, she is very compassionate. She cares and wants the best for her client. I was a first time home buyer with lots of questions, anxieties, and doubts. However to help me feel secure, she explained multiple times and with patience each step of the process and what it meant and answered all my questions. She was able to give me a perspective that was honest and in a way I understood. What I loved most about her was how she gave me just enough input to help me understand but not so much as to make decisions for me. She gave me my independence for this home purchase. Lastly, I was very busy with my job and I didn't realize how much she did behind the scenes which significantly kept me at ease. She will fight for you so that you get what is fair and just. It is a reflection of her commitment to her client and to her morals and values. What a woman of integrity! I wouldn't hesitate one moment to recommend her to any one who wants to buy a home or to sell one.

We used Kasama Lee to sell our first home in American Canyon and to help us successfully find our dream home in Benicia, to say she was outstanding is an understatement! Before choosing a real estate agent, my husband and I did a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on two criteria. One, on the investment they have into marketing and selling our home for top dollar and two, someone who would be hands-on in mentoring us to make a smart decision in the purchasing process of our new home in a particular neighborhood in Benicia. Kasama Lee stood out from the rest because of her strong social media presence and we could tell from her previous results in real estate, that her and her team put a lot of work into their listings. Kasama Lee put a 100% effort into helping us showcase our house in its best light. She made this part of the process incredibly easy and when we were presented with our listing we were blown away with the professional photography pictures and open house setup. We were so thrilled with our listing and within a week of being on the market, we had four offers and were able to sell our home 3% over our original asking price! We accepted our offer and we began our search for our dream home as a strong buyer. The purchase process of our home was rather effortless on our part. We saw a few houses that weren't quite the right fit, but got us comfortable in weighing what was truly important to us in our next home. When our eventual house hit the market we jumped on it immediately and because of the positive relations Kasama has within the real estate community, we made a strong offer that was accepted! We did encounter some bumps in the road, to no fault of Kasama Lee, but truly believe we wouldn't (and couldn't) have been able to get through it without Kasama ensuring the deal would go through by her and her team's word. If it weren't for the great working relationship Kasama has with her lender, her constant effective communication with the realtors involved in our sale/purchase and overall expertise, our deal would have never have been successful. I now consider Kasama Lee a great friend and would (and do!) recommend her to anyone searching for a new home or interested in selling their home. We feel so lucky to have had Kasama representing us on both sides, without her our dream home would have remained just that, a dream. But thanks to her, our dream home is now a reality!
