Richie recently did an amazing job selling my town home in Manassas! Richie has definitely earned our trust and future business. From the first day we spoke, Richie has been available and in constant communication with us regarding the sale of our home. When he brought a list of recently sold comparable homes in our area, he walked us through the pros and cons of our properties versus these comps and helped us to understand what would be an appropriate list price for our property. He also helped us minimize the amount of work we needed to put into the house before listing it, in order to generate extra interest while not breaking our budget. By trusting Richie and following his advice, our listing generated an unbelievable amount of interest. The night before it officially went on the market, we received an offer, sight unseen, for nearly 10% above list price. Over 100 showings were booked for our house, and of the showings that did occur, nearly one-third of them resulted in an offer being made. Richie summarized each individual offer, and walked us through their pros and cons. Not only was Richie incredibly responsive to us, he also made sure to quickly respond queries from buyers agents that reached out to him. Given the number of offers we had already received, this level of engagement helped bring in even better offers. We were surprised and relieved at how easy and painless Richie made the entire process. My wife and I could not have asked for much more from a real estate agent. We sold our house in 42 days from the time it hit the MLS and for $20k more than we asked. We got 4 offers in 3 days.
