When you hire a realtor, you want someone who has no qualms in fighting on your behalf. You want someone who will fight tooth and nail for your benefit. You want someone who treats your money as if it were their own. John is THE MAN! And there is absolutely NO way we would have had an equally impressive experience buying our house (new construction with a VA loan) if we had a different realtor. I firmly believe that. We were first-time home buyers and were ignorant to the whole process, and quite frankly.... stressed out to the max! John came in and quickly took our stress from a 10 to a 0! He was always responsive, honest and never seemed annoyed to have us calling and texting (believe me we did that a lot) haha. He was always professional - and by the end - he honestly felt like a close friend of ours. We absolutely LOVE him and will sing his praises to everyone who will listen. If you're reading this review (and are in the market for a realtor), call him. Please.
