Rum has been our realtor for several years. We have a long story on great deals that wouldnt be accomplished without his intervention; here are some of them.On December 2008, we bought an investment property in Lorton VA. He was able to get it for us with a really good deal, thanks to his tenacity fighting with the banks and other investors.On September 2009 he was able to sell my primary residence in Fairfax Station VA for full price regardless we had a foreclosure across the street.On October 2009 he got for us an incredible property at an incredible price in Gainesville.For more than 5 years he has getting for us the better tenants you can have for our rentals.I can continue on and on but here is the bottom line: Hes the best realtor we have had. When you hire a realtor, you want someone who has no qualms in fighting on your behalf. You want someone who will fight tooth and nail for your benefit. You want someone who treats your money as if it were their own. John is THE MAN! And there is absolutely NO way we would have had an equally impressive experience buying our house (new construction with a VA loan) if we had a different realtor. I firmly believe that. We were first-time home buyers and were ignorant to the whole process, and quite frankly.... stressed out to the max! John came in and quickly took our stress from a 10 to a 0! He was always responsive, honest and never seemed annoyed to have us calling and texting (believe me we did that a lot) haha. He was always professional - and by the end - he honestly felt like a close friend of ours. We absolutely LOVE him and will sing his praises to everyone who will listen. If you're reading this review (and are in the market for a realtor), call him. Please.
