My husband and I really got lucky getting connected with Rum! His enthusiasm and energy is infectious, and it was present at every interaction we had whether it was on the phone or in person. His willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were exactly where we needed to be was unfailing. We had a VERY SMALL area that we were looking at (based on school zones) and we still managed to secure our absolute dream home. My husband and I fell in love with our new home immediately and Rum stopped at nothing to make sure we had all of our ducks in a row to be able to submit our offer before the open house was even over ^_^. Rum's knowledge of the real estate market and local area is superior. He fielded all types of questions, practical and hypothetical, with ease and we really felt secure in the fact that he had our best interest in mind at all times. 2023 rates are crazy, IYKYK and if you don't be glad, but Rum still managed to use his expertise to put us in a financially beneficial situation. I would recommend Rum to any of our friends and family without hesitation and we will be inviting him to our housewarming, haha.
