Rum has been our realtor for several years. We have a long story on great deals that wouldnt be accomplished without his intervention; here are some of them.On December 2008, we bought an investment property in Lorton VA. He was able to get it for us with a really good deal, thanks to his tenacity fighting with the banks and other investors.On September 2009 he was able to sell my primary residence in Fairfax Station VA for full price regardless we had a foreclosure across the street.On October 2009 he got for us an incredible property at an incredible price in Gainesville.For more than 5 years he has getting for us the better tenants you can have for our rentals.I can continue on and on but here is the bottom line: Hes the best realtor we have had.
