Susie was awesome to work with! She made it seem so easy! She gave me an initial run down of how she would go about handling everything and once I agreed everything was then accomplished "behind the scenes". She would call only when necessary when she had pertinent information, which I really appreciated because I wasn't bothered with the day-to-day ins and outs of the process. The photos taken of the condo were done very tastefully and she had great recommendations of what should be done with the place to make it more attractive to buyers. She also did a wonderful job with the write-up! The condo had an offer in the day that it was put on the market! I was due to have a baby a couple of days prior to when the closing was scheduled and Susie was great about working with the closing company to allow me to sign my end of the paperwork on an earlier date. Susie was always extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. I also love that a donation is made in your name to a local school!!! I couldn't have been happier with the service that she provided and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!

Susie sold our home in 14 Days for full asking price. She was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. She goes above and beyond to get your home sold. She even took my daughter for an hour while I was at work so the house could be shown. She hires a professional photographer at her own expense to make sure the photos are of the very best quality. She kept open communication with us during the whole process. She came to our home several weeks before it went on the market to make recommendations of things that we could do to improve our chances of getting the home sold quickly and for top dollar. Susie will do what ever it takes to make the process go smoothly and quickly. I could go on for days about how great she was to work with but instead I will just say this "IF YOU NEED TO SELL YOUR HOME SUSIE IS YOUR GIRL!!!"
