We decided to hold interviews to choose our agent to sell our home. From the initial interview, Susie was leaps and bounds ahead of the other agents we spoke with. Her preparation and knowledge during our interview blew us away. She provided us a complete portfolio on our first visit, while others walked in, promising a strategy within a week. Susie was right on with her analysis and strategy from day one. She continued this engagement throughout the sale process, including touches to the house making it more desireable. Despite having a contractor available to handle anything after the inspection, Susie stepped up and took care of an item our contractor could not take care of. Susie brings not only great organization and preparation as a skill, she also brings a personality and communication skill we truly admire. She constantly communicated every aspect of our sale with us, and advised us professionally and respectfully while providing the best information. We came to not only respect her advice, but to truly look forward to our conversations with her. She was always fun and positive along with knowledgeable.
