Very knowledgeable, fair, honest and informed in regards to the buying and selling process. He was insightful regarding my needs and took into consideration the level of my knowledge base when negotiating terms during the buying process. He was accessible and there was no question to big or small. His communication skills and level, with me and all parties that were involved, was concise as he was able to articulate the needs of myself and decipher the expectations of the other parties. I never once felt like I was excluded from the process. His level of investment in what he provides as a relator was obvious via his interactions with me as client. I appreciated his honesty and authenticity during this process. He helped me achieve my dream while maintaining realistic goals. I?m a single mother of two with one income!
