As first time home buyers, it was most important for us to find a realtor who is not only knowledgeable, but someone we trust to have our best interest at heart. When Brandon came to our house for the first sit-down to discuss our needs/wants, likes/dislikes, and deal-breakers, we knew we made an excellent choice. Brandon took us through the process of competing to see houses before they were under contract in this grueling market all the way through closing without a scratch. He made himself available for viewing whenever our schedule permitted. He even offered to tour a few houses for us and go live in order to keep us from missing out on our potential forever home. He answered any and all questions either immediately or very promptly with honesty and thoroughness. He was present for the inspection and walked around with the inspector to ask questions or make notes we didnt think of. After our offer was accepted, he was in constant contact with the lender, asking for updates. We had a hiccup in the process due to no fault of our own, but Brandon kept a positive attitude all while aggressively pushing to get our file through underwriting. Brandons organization, thoroughness, and genuinely positive energy is what kept us going through the most stressful buying process of our lives. With Brandons guidance, we were able to find an awesome, hard-working broker, the perfect house, have our offer accepted, make it through underwriting, and obtain the clear to close in way under the average 60 days! I cannot express enough the gratitude we have for Brandon as we ventured through this ridiculously grueling sellers market together.
