Finding Mitch as my realtor was really lucky. I just clicked on a house on Zillow and the operator connected him with me. Right from the start, Mitch was nice and easy to talk to. He patiently answered all my questions and knew so much about the market, which is really helpful for first time buyer like me. When we checked out houses, Mitch was always there on time and prepared. He could spot potential issues and tell me everything about the house - like if something was good to have or not. He made sure I understood why those details were important. Mitch also connected me with a great lawyer and inspector who didnt charge too much and did a great job. He was really good at making sure everyone, including me, was working together well. His reminders and tips were super helpful for someone like me who wasnt familiar with the process. He even knows a lot about fixing up a house, so if you need to make some changes to your new place, hes got advice on that too. In short, meeting Mitch made the whole house buying process so much better. He felt more like a helpful friend than just a realtor. I'm sharing this hoping it helps someone else feel less stressed about buying a home. Mitch is definitely the person you want to help you out!
