We put our house up for sale in SCS, Mich in the spring of 2013. We started with a different agent and did not get any offers for the next year. We decided to change agents and we met Joe in the spring of 2014 and were immediately impressed with his attitude and professionalism. When we pulled up to our house we were selling to meet Joe for the 1st time, he was in the front yard on his hands and knees pulling the weeds! This was even before we agreed to hire him! Long story short, we hired Joe and he got the house sold in about 44 days (he was disappointed that he did not sell it within 30 days). Joe is very professional, easy to talk to, knows his business well and ALWAYS returned our phone calls in a timely manner. He seems to have a lot of connections in real estate and pushed a lot of traffic thru our house in a short amount of time. Overall, we would highly recommend using Joe and nothing negative to say about him.

Joe was a fabulous find and a great realtor and friend throughout our buying and selling process. He started with giving us a spot-on analysis of our home so we felt confident we could sell where and when we needed to. Over the course of several months (and before listing our current home) we visited all types of homes in several areas, just testing out what we might want "when we were ready" which I'm sure is something realtors hear a lot! Joe never pressured us to move forward and was there when we finally decided to take the plunge.One of the most important things to me is the ability to stay in constant contact!
