We put our house up for sale in SCS, Mich in the spring of 2013. We started with a different agent and did not get any offers for the next year. We decided to change agents and we met Joe in the spring of 2014 and were immediately impressed with his attitude and professionalism. When we pulled up to our house we were selling to meet Joe for the 1st time, he was in the front yard on his hands and knees pulling the weeds! This was even before we agreed to hire him! Long story short, we hired Joe and he got the house sold in about 44 days (he was disappointed that he did not sell it within 30 days). Joe is very professional, easy to talk to, knows his business well and ALWAYS returned our phone calls in a timely manner. He seems to have a lot of connections in real estate and pushed a lot of traffic thru our house in a short amount of time. Overall, we would highly recommend using Joe and nothing negative to say about him.

Joe is a very professional realtor that always "says it like it is". He doesn't dance around any issues and will give you his honest and professional advice (even when you might not want to hear it - I avoided jumping into several properties that I know I would have regretted). He took me through well over 15 different multifamily homes in 4 different cities over the course of 5 months, and was more than happy to accommodate my requests. After running several rental analyses and providing extensive amounts of information regarding the value of each investment, we finally got down to the buying process. Throughout this process, Joe was very clear about what to expect at each step, was very amenable to my concerns/ideas, and fought for my best interests. He successfully navigated through three rounds of difficult negotiations with a stubborn seller, asked the right questions to challenge an appraisal shortage that threatened to cost me more money, took a firm stance against "games" that the seller tried to play, and even wrote a provision for the contract "on the fly" after we found additional damages to the home during our final walk through that protected me after the sale. All the way from the beginning to the end, I was very impressed with Joe's professionalism and dedication to me as a buyer, even though there was not a large commission involved. While I can't speak to the selling end (though I'm confident he is equally as professional during that process), I definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
