We wanted to let you know that you did an amazing job helping us find a home for Jesse. You knew exactly what we were looking for and you were very patient with us. You showed us many homes/townhomes and you are very knowledgeable in regards to the properties that were for sale in Flagstaff. We told you what we could afford to purchase and you stayed in the price range for us. We really do appreciate that. It is exciting that you were able to help us find a home for Jesse. This is his 1st home, as you know. We wanted to find a home that Jesse would not have to do a lot of work/improvements on and you helped us find that for him. You were also very helpful in regards to communicating with the seller and her agent in regards to the items that we thought the seller should have taken care of, before the closing.
