Found Dustin after searching for real estate agents. He came out for an introductory session where we discussed my goals and he presented his services and how we could possibly work together.The reason I decided to go with Dustin is that he had a complete team working with him -- meaning I didnt have to worry about calling around to find different contractors for home estimates/renovations that I needed. His team contained the realtors and contractors all for one price.I liked how all I had to do was pack my belongings of 30 years (that was stressful and a lot of work); then I basically handed the renovations and selling of my home over to Dustin and his team.The plan we agreed upon and within our budget was to 1) renovate the kitchen and master bath 2) paint all rooms a neutral color 3) all new carpet and repair deck.Success! Dustin sold my home over asking price!I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to sell their home.
