I strongly recommend Eileen Blair due to her high professionalism. She is a realtor that is always on top of her game and is very responsive and available. Around this time last year, my husband, Chris, and I asked Eileen to help us purchase our first home. Eileen, being a woman of faith, came to our apartment, sat at our dining room table with us, and prayed with us. She prayed with us over the property that we were interested in and decided to put an offer on. The offer was accepted shortly after. Then came the home inspection which raised a lot of issues that the seller did not agree with (i.e. roof leakage, deck structure etc.) They refused to fix these issues which resulted in us withdrawing from the contract. It was at that moment that Eileen assured us that we made the right decision. She demonstrated that her main focus was to make sure that her clients are happy and pleased with their home purchase both before and after closing rather than her commission. Eileen worked hard to find us a house that was comparable in price but offered better schools, bigger rooms, bigger deck (plus bonus patio), more square footage and most importantly, little to no issues raised during the home inspection. She found us a house that we now call home and we cannot thank her enough!
