In short, Susan is more than excellent, she is Supercalafradgalisticixpialidocious! Communication, responsiveness, pricing recommendations, help with staging, photos, dealing with an absurd, hippy, aEURoehey man, like, chillaEUR? sellers agent... all of it was superb. I'm certain we wouldve far poorer results with another agent. Susan is the second realtor weve worked with. When we purchased our first home we went with a local group/realtor. The experience wasnt bad and by the end we were pleased. What we couldnt have known however is how mediocre that experience was until we sold that home and purchased our current and forever home with Susan. There is a reason Susan is rated so highly: she has earned that reputation. In the end, we sold our house the first weekend on the market (during the off cycle no less!). It went on the market on a Thursday afternoon with first showings available at Friday noon. By Thursday evening we had 4 showings lined up from Friday noon to 5PM. By Friday evening we had a grand total of 13 showings scheduled for Sat/Sun. Come Monday morning we had 29 showings and three offers near the max of our price range. I still cant believe it. Simultaneously that same weekend Susan and an incredible colleague of hers trekked all over Gods green Earth with my family and I to see homes. We made an offer on our dream home. Our offer tied another offer but the sellers agent knew Susan by reputation and steered her clients towards our offer. We ultimately came up a little on our offer (mightve been 2-2.5k) but ours was accepted!TL;DR: hire Susan already! What are you waiting for!Thank you, Susan ??
