I contacted Duane Burrows from a For Sale sign we saw on a house we were interested in. Although the house was already in escrow he was ready and willing to work for us. One weekend we called Duane on a whim but he was out of town. He sent another Real Estate agent to help us out on very short notice. As months went on, he was always checking in and sending me new updated listings. He knew what we were looking for. After we were approved and ready to actively start looking, he was very readily available to show us houses. The second house he showed us was the one. From there he was always available even late at night. He has excellent negotiation skills. He got the sellers to pay for half of our closing costs and complete some work on the house before the sale. He is also very resourceful and knowledgeable with taxes and the whole process. When we closed we needed a painter, he had many good resources. The painter ended up doing some remodeling and painting for a very reasonable price. Duane was always responsive, articulate, and engaged. I would recommend Duane to anyone considering buying a house in the Modesto/Riverbank Area.
