Were so lucky to have been paired with Jessica as our realtor! As first time home buyers we had zero working knowledge of buying a home and Jessica provided such helpful step-by-step details throughout the process, made herself available whenever needed, was supportive and never pushy, provided professional advice, but also made us feel comfortable and supported. She also had great recommendations on local professionals needed throughout the closing process, helped scheduled them, gave us a detailed list with key timeframes of things to do leading up to closing day to help us ensure everything was ready and set up once we closed. Aside from how knowledgeable and helpful she was when working through this process, she brought humor and lightness to times that could have been very tough, and that made all the difference. Were so happy with our new & first home and cant thank Jessica enough for all she did to help get us here.

I want to start off by saying that if you want to have a GREAT experience with a realtor, Jessica is IT!! We made so many phone calls to many different realtors and either it would take them a VERY long time to return our call or when they did, I would give them a search criteria and what they emailed us was nothing like I stated we were looking for. That was disappointing considering we were on a time crunch (the owners we were renting from decided to sell and we had a short time period, with children to find a home.) When I spoke to Jessica, I explained that we were in a situation that needed fast action. She said I got you. Not only did she send the exact criteria we were looking for, she was prompt in communicating with us EVERY single time for every single situation!! When we found the home we loved she was on top of it all, immediately! Everything went smooth until OUR lender failed to communicate in a timely manor. Had we went with one of the lenders Jessica suggested we probably wouldnt have had the set back we did. Every single person Jessica recommended we should use for inspections and the lawyer were great and on top of their job as well. She went above and beyond and even when we had the glitch from our lender Jessica was constantly making sure we were ok and asking if there was anything she could do. She is very professional and yet can ease the stress, if and when needed with a good sense of humor. But, behind the scenes shes pushing to get things done and can even be fierce when needed. We have bought a lot of homes in the last 20 years and this was by far our best experience with a realtor we have ever had. She said I got you and she sure did!!!!
