I want to start off by saying that if you want to have a GREAT experience with a realtor, Jessica is IT!! We made so many phone calls to many different realtors and either it would take them a VERY long time to return our call or when they did, I would give them a search criteria and what they emailed us was nothing like I stated we were looking for. That was disappointing considering we were on a time crunch (the owners we were renting from decided to sell and we had a short time period, with children to find a home.) When I spoke to Jessica, I explained that we were in a situation that needed fast action. She said I got you. Not only did she send the exact criteria we were looking for, she was prompt in communicating with us EVERY single time for every single situation!! When we found the home we loved she was on top of it all, immediately! Everything went smooth until OUR lender failed to communicate in a timely manor. Had we went with one of the lenders Jessica suggested we probably wouldnt have had the set back we did. Every single person Jessica recommended we should use for inspections and the lawyer were great and on top of their job as well. She went above and beyond and even when we had the glitch from our lender Jessica was constantly making sure we were ok and asking if there was anything she could do. She is very professional and yet can ease the stress, if and when needed with a good sense of humor. But, behind the scenes shes pushing to get things done and can even be fierce when needed. We have bought a lot of homes in the last 20 years and this was by far our best experience with a realtor we have ever had. She said I got you and she sure did!!!!

We needed more space than our home had to offer for our growing family but we were nervous to move with our 3 young children. Jess and the whole Ryan Gillen team were phenomenal from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, professional, quick to respond and very easy to work with. Jess reassured us she would find us a perfect house and she did. It was not a short or easy process. We looked at several homes, lost out to other offers, had homes go under contract before we set foot in them, went under contract and had to back out due to inspections etc. Jess always remained enthusiastic, professional and helpful, making us feel confident even when it was so easy to be discouraged. She got us into showings quickly and made her schedule open to work with ours. She sent us listings, made suggestions about ways we could make other houses work for us and tried to help us envision a life in each home. She paid close attention to detail and we knew we could all speak openly about everything. We listed our home with her team, it was under contract the same day. We were under contract with our new home the same day it was listed as well, all because how efficiently this girl works. I can not say enough about her. Jess made us feel like we were her priority. Not only did we find a wonderful realtor and home but we made a friend through all of this. We are so appreciative and grateful for everything. I highly recommed her and the whole Ryan Gillen team.
