I can not say enough about Seth Burgess. If Zillow had 20 stars he would get it! He went above and beyond being our realtor. When our house went live on the market within 24hrs we received an offer. Seth made us feel like family (he cares for the seller and buyer). When he was explaining the process of selling our house he took his time making sure we understood the steps involved and answering all our question with no hesitation at all. He was also on time for our meeting. He is wonderful at all the communications if it was by phone, tex, email. Seth gets back with you as soon as he can with an answer. No hesitation if I needed to sell or buy a home I would call on him. Thank you Seth Burgess for making selling our house in ever step of the way an enjoyable experience!!! If you do one thing in the house buying process in coastal NC - USE SETH! Seth was such a difference maker in our selling and home buying experience in Downtown Southport. He was knowledgeable about each home we toured and really supported us the whole way through. He listed our house, as well, and we got a full ask offer from the first showing! He coached us how to stage our home, brought an amazing team of photographers, and I really think his guidance on the price to list led us to such an incredibly seamless selling process. He also coached us on what to offer on our new house, we wanted to go low and he said he thought we could do it and told us to shoot our shot! Not only did we get our new house ~120k lower than the initial listing of the house, but we also negotiated our down payment to the contractor of the new build. I told Seth the entire time that I trusted him and would follow his guidance, and let me tell you, he did NOT disappoint. He advocated for us, our new house, and the house we sold. Seth - thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a joyful experience during a time that is normally very stressful. 10/10 recommend Seth if you want a seamless experience, quick sell, and GREAT price on your buy!
