This lady, Carol Maines, was absolutely a God sent blessing when we started the process of selling our house, here in Parkland. From the very beginning, when we interviewed Realtors at the direction of our dear friend and family member, Timm E Johnson, (who has since gone on to be with the Lord) she stood out. Carol's straight and honest talk guided us through the process. She listened to Art's and my concerns and came up with easy creative solutions to deal with each issue as it came up. Her level headedness talked us through some long distance disappointment ( we were gone on our trip to Yellowstone and the house deal we had negotiated fell through). Carol then put the house back on the market and made sure it was ready for showing by coming over and vacuuming each morning while we were gone! She talked us through a total of 3 potential buyers and kept us on an even keel even as her own life was rocked time and time again by bizarre and weird happenings. What a Realtor--no, what a lady of distinction!We would absolutely recommend her services if you're shopping around for a Realtor, in fact, when the time comes to buy another house we'll be calling her again because she knows not only Pierce County but also Thurston (and a few others as well.) So, so very happy to have found Carol Maines.
