I honestly dont think we'd be living in the house we bought had it not been for Diane Thomas. She found our house before it was even ready to sell. We looked at others, but kept coming back to this one. We had a lot of problems with our lender. We went through the USDA for our loan and they make you jump thru hoops before giving you a loan. Every problem we ran into, Diane was right there fixing things. We were ready to give up, but Diane made this possible. She made phone call after phone call, got the seller to do the repairs that the USDA required, and if you've ever went thru the USDA, they are the pickiest people you could ever imagine. It took what seemed like forever, but the loan, with Diane's help went thru and we bought our dream home. I have since referred Diane to many people looking for a house to buy. She will stick with you no matter what and do what it takes to get you the home you want.
