John was extremely helpful in the purchase of our first home. My parents have been realtors in Pennsylvania for 25+ years and they used their network to find John, and we couldn't be more pleased with his service. His knowledge of the area, along with knowledge of the actual house was impressive (for example he correctly estimated the age of the roof, heater, etc. from experience). We quickly found the home of our dreams, and John helped us write an offer to win on the first home that we truly loved. Additionally, the seller of our home wanted the purchase to be as-is but John was able to negotiate for the seller to pay for some repairs (which was unexpected). John was quick to respond and answer any and all questions. I will certainly be calling John back if we ever decide to move and will be giving his name to our friends and family.
