I decided to hire Lisa Murray to be my real estate agent for the sale of my home after seeing her name posted with so many quality home listings in this area. She is a terrific agent for RE/MAX. Right from the beginning we went through the process of setting up the house for sale, she had the photographs taken and all the details were done. Together we decided on a fair asking price for the home. Once the house was listed Lisa handled everything, she kept me informed and made recommendations, The home sold in 2 days with 3 people making offers and bidding for the house. We sold for 6.2% over our listing price. I honestly have to give the credit to Lisa. I have bought and sold homes, offices, vacant land and condos in my life and Lisa is the best agent I have ever had. Not only is she a great agent she's just a nice person.
