While searching for our new home on a Sunday drive in the PNW we came across a Zillow listing where Margaret was the listing Agent. Margaret agreed to show us the house on the same day even though it was a cold call and she had to change her own plans for the day.She represented both the seller and us as the buyer with Great care ensuring both parties were represented evenly and fairly.The home was in need of a new septic system and a water line along with other minor deficiencies, which were handled professionally.Margaret was the reason this purchase happened, and now we are loving in a dream location on the bluffs in the PNW paradise looking out onto the Strait of Juan De Fuca.Dont hesitate to use Margaret Womack she is knowledgeable in the real estate business and a nice person to know in the area.
