Brent was exemplary in handling the sale of our home. He has represented several family members and has always done an amazing job. Brent listed the house for sale at a price that he figured was ideal to bring in first-time buyers but also to pique the interest of seasoned buyers and investors, since the home needed a lot of updates. Within 6 days, we had 4 offers. We decided to go with the all-cash offer since they were the highest offer and they could close the quickest. Unfortunately it fell through, due to the buyers second thoughts about the geological report. Brent explained to my husband and me that this is becoming more common in our marketplace due to buyers having to make quick decisions. He really talked to us in detail about what was happening, and what to expect in the future.After putting the home back on the market, we got offers which were over 3% higher than the asking price! Brent was invaluable in assisting us with all the legal paperwork, interactions with the escrow company and all the online DocuSigns. He even met us at our home to go over all the disclosures, and explained in detail what each one of them meant. We sold and closed escrow just 2 months after putting our house on the market!! We must also commend Brent for his tireless efforts and willingness, to show the house to prospective buyers and to meet with inspectors and architectures who represented interested clients. His ability to provide the best customer service is second to none.
