My wife and I met Robert Bianco when My daughter Gina and her husband were looking for their first home. We were impressed with the way he conducted himself as an agent not just trying to find them a home that they loved but a home that was also in their price range. Robert stated that it was very important not to buy a home beyond your budget. I must say he did not take long to find what they were looking for he showed them 2 homes and they purchased the 2nd one. He made the whole experience for them a pleasant one.Robert also helped them with all the procedures that you must go through when buying a home. Robert is a true professional and a really nice guy that he makes you feel like family. Robert is now in the process of finding us a new home with all he has done for my Gina there is no one else I would trust

My experience with Robert was of a man who went above and beyond the call of duty for me. A genuine professional with "old school" values, he stayed with me during the most tumultuous time for the real estate market in recent years. Under normal circumstances, the property I had to sell would have been an easy one, but given the market and that interest rates started to climb literally hours after I listed my property, he could have walked away but didn't. More to the point, he picked up practically every time I called him, but if he was unable to, he always returned my calls and answered my questions (and there were many!). I am the kind of personality that could try the patience of a saint, but Robert never displayed annoyance with me even when he could. If you have a property to sell, you are in EXCELLENT hands with him, because he will come to the table with ideas, offer his perspective and will look you in the eye and tell you the truth. He comes with the benefit of many years experience in this industry, which is forever changing. He is patient, smart, honest, personable and helpful. It is no surprise at all that he is successful. Do yourself a favor and let him help you...you will not regret it.
