The truth is Brevard County is saturated with real estate agents. Not everyone can do the job effectively. Even fewer can compare to the experience, professionalism and sincerity that Kerry offers.Whether you are trying to sell a home for a profit, or simply trying to break even like we were after being upside down for years, Kerry is the one to hire. She sold our home in 27 days in what could best be described as a "not exactly easy" situation. Several needles had to be thread and she nailed it each and every time. And she worked incredibly hard for us to help locate and secure our next home. There were times when we felt we were Kerry's only customers. That's how good she is. If you want a realtor who not only works hard, but who works smart you should consider Kerry. Her knowledge of the area, market trends and use of up-to-date apps for your smart phone are all incredibly impressive. She made herself available 24/7 and beyond. No question is too off the wall or weird...believe me...we pushed this to the limit and Kerry was very receptive....even late at night.Like with any profession, including real estate, who the person is and how they conduct themselves matters to buyers, to sellers and to everyone else who is involved with real estate transactions. Kerry's good relationships with people enabled her to effortlessly guide us through the selling/buying process. She made what was initially a daunting task seem relatively simple. In addition to the buying/selling tasks, Kerry referred us to a great lender and even went so far as to help us locate an unbelievably affordable homeowner's insurance policy. As we were in the process of buying our new home, a stressful situation popped up. Kerry actually came to our home to speak with us and reassure us we were on the right track. She didn't have to come over. A phone call would have sufficed. But that is Kerry. Outside of the expected business interest a realtor would have in seeing a deal completed, she cared about her clients. It's what separates her from many in the crowded real estate pack.We would highly recommend Kerry Ramage if you are looking to buy or sell. She is an exceptional real estate professional who cares very much about the individuals she is working for. You won't go wrong as Kerry is truly amazing.
