Max was extremely helpful throughout the process of searching for and purchasing our first home. Given our budget and, admittedly, sometimes picky preferences on neighborhood or must-haves, Max was very patient and thoughtful throughout our home buying experience. He quickly found the right fit in terms of neighborhoods and ultimately worked hard for us in selecting and negotiating the price on our current home. He also negotiated a price roughly 5% below asking!!!
