When we decided to sell our home many people advised us to try to sell it ourselves and save the realtor's fee. We're glad we didn't.Carrie made the selling experience very easy and efficient from the start. She advised us when to put our home on the market (based on the finish date of our new home), what to do to "stage" our home, and helped us reach for the best selling price. And that was just the beginning.The video of our home produced by Carrie's company for the advertising was like a Hollywood production. Carrie then arranged showings of our home and found us a buyer in about 7 days.The next part of the process was just as critical. Any home seller thinks their home is perfect and the buyer, of course, wants a 'move-in-ready' home. We quickly realized the importance of having someone to negotiate all those details versus having to do that yourselves.Finally, the closing process was simple and we were quickly on our way to move into our new home.Carrie's expertise selling our home saved us a lot of time and stress. We could not have had a better experience.

My husband and I live out of the area, and are planning to move to Tennessee upon his retirement. We were referred to Carrie Zeier by a friend who had bought a home with her as his agent. Upon contacting her, we told her what it was we are looking for and the price range we wanted. She pulled numerous listings and sent them to us to review before we made the trip to look at them. After looking at them all, we picked the ones we wanted to see and went to look at them.
