After many long years of looking as first time home buyers, Kristys knowledge and complete help was refreshing and so appreciated !! We were looking for a realtor that could work with us and our knowledge base as first time homebuyers in a competitive price range and market and Kristy stood above all else! She was so responsive to our needs, answered any and all questions and handled all communication with the sellers with ease. She came with property details in hand with copies for us, which we had not seen before working with other realtors. She had an extensive knowledge on the exact area and surround areas we were looking at . She even had answers about how to contact and start services for the house. Being first time homebuyers, there was no doubt that we were a nervous wreck at closing.
