I would highly recommend Roberta Corrin! When I began my house hunt a year ago, she was the first realtor to contact me and checked in with me regularly even before I was actually ready to buy. I lived about 90 miles away, so most of our communications were by phone or email. House hunting from a distance is challenging, and you need an agent who actually takes the time to call you....and can interact online also. Roberta was always willing to communicate, respond quickly, and to take the time to explain the process in a friendly, timely manner. If I contacted her with a question or concern, she would get back to me immediately. Due to the fact that I was searching months before I was ready to purchase, she stayed in contact by phone and email. This showed me that she would be consistent and dependable when I needed her most. When I was ready to buy, she was fantastic about making sure the process was moving along the way it should have been. I don't know what I would have done without her in the process of getting my loan to closing. Her advice was what made it possible for me to close the deal when I needed to do that because of the bank's multiple delays. Roberta knows all aspects of purchasing a house.I also appreciated her honesty and knowledge about the business and the process of purchasing a house. She made me feel comfortable that she was guiding me through the process in a legal and honest way. There were multiple times, her guidance and advice helped me to make decisions to avoid conflicts and delays. I followed her advice all the way along, and I'm so thankful I did!The bottom line is that Roberta was there throughout every step of my search for a new house in the Canton area....even giving me helpful advice on the sale of my house. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a house or selling their house in the Canton area! If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable realtor, she would be a fantastic choice. I'm certain you could not find a better one!
