My wife and were relocating and found several homes we liked on line. we inquired and within 30 minutes we were setting up showings with Dean. we had only 2 days in town and had to make the most of them. Dean helped us do just that. Although none of the houses that day were as they appeared on line, Dean worked with us to understand what we liked and disliked about each house. He then began helping us search in the proper areas for our new home. Dean has the most impressive personality and hard work ethics that seem to be missing in so many others. He really enjoys working with people and gets just as excited as they do when they see that perfect home. During the experience he helped us line up mortgage company, and worked with us until the day we closed. I hope this letter finds many and they are able to enjoy the real personal caring experience that my wife and I did. After reaching out to a few different realtors and reading a couple of reviews I originally texted Dean's supervisor, Debbie one morning. However, Dean promptly got in touch with me and set up an appointment for later that afternoon. After that initial appointment I was so glad that things worked out the way they did and my husband and I got Dean as our realtor. My husband travels for work sometimes, so he wasn't always available to go with me to look at certain houses, it was great to have a realtor like Dean who noticed little things that I never would have noticed, such as the foundation shifting slightly, places in the basement where the homeowner had painted the walls to cover up damp walls and water spots, etc. Dean was always available when we texted or called. Our experience with him was great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
