Tim Martin is an amazing real estate agent and we strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home! My wife and I recently went shopping for our first house, we did so in December, during a pandemic, at the end of 2020... and it was a fierce sellers market. Properties were flying off the shelves and we got worried that we may need to act fast. Standing at one of the first houses we toured, we were debating if we "should" put an offer on the house, we kinda liked it and we were worried it would sell fast, this is when we knew Tim truly had our best interests at heart. He talked us through our own unique scenario, showed us how our timeline was long enough to keep looking, his knowledge of the local market helped to assure us that there would be more/better properties, and we decided not act.
