We were going to use Maria Skrip as our selling agent. Then we found out how bad she is. Inept, forgetful, lack of responsiveness, doesn't pay attention to details, says one thing and does another and is high handed. We verbally agreed to a six month listing. On the listing agreement she conveniently made it for eight months. She was told that my wife inherited the property yet she put my deceased mother in laws name on the listing agreement. Prior to the listing agreement there were multiple emails between Maria Skrip and myself. Multiple times she did not respond. I had to call or send an email to ask why she did not respond. She is the worst real estate agent that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and I have bought and sold quite a number of properties. If any one asked me I would say stay far away from this real estate person.
