Josh was the best to work with! He is so knowledgeable about the area. He knows when houses have red flags. He checks the age of the furnace, checks for foundation cracks, etc. He schedules viewings super quickly. Even after several viewings of homes I just didnt like, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time, and I never got the feeling that he just wanted me to pick something already. Once I did find my dream home, but it was taken off the market, I viewed a few more homes with him, which felt like disappointments to me, and he was very understanding and also agreed that these other houses couldnt hold a candle to the one I really wanted. My husband is stationed overseas, and Josh was good about texting him as well to keep him in the loop. He stood by our side for months as we waited for the owners of our dream home to relist the house. We werent sure if the day was ever going to come. I will always remember the day Joshawa called me to tell me that I could resubmit my offer on the house! I am so grateful that he didnt give up on me as a client when I decided I wanted to wait it out.
