I cannot thank Michael enough for all of his hard work to help me and my girlfriend secure our new apartment. Throughout the entire process, Michael was always available whenever we needed anything, and he consistently sent us incredible apartments to review. When it came time to set up the many needed showings, Michael worked tirelessly to make sure that we efficiently saw as many great places as possible, all within our price range and specifications. Searching for apartments has been very stressful for me in the past, however, this time was different. Michael made it extremely easy for us, and once we found our dream place, Michael negotiated a great price as well. In a world where many real estate agents are dishonest and lazy, Michael is an example of how to treat your clients and make them feel at ease. Next apartment, I already know that I will work with him again and recommend to all to do the same.

I had such a great experience working with Michael. We walked many houses together, and he was straightforward with me. For example, when we first started looking at houses together, I was not impressed with the locations we were seeing. He was not ashamed to tell me my budget was too low for what I was looking for and when we adjusted the budget, the right places started arising. We walked many houses together and I never felt rushed or pushed towards one way or another. He was always available. He gave me great insight through researching, his experiences and also made great predictions. If he was not sure of something at the moment he did the research immediately to find out whatever I needed to know about the property to make informed decisions. He is a strong negotiator. And when an opportunity did not turn in our favor, there was no negativity, only the option to look forward and continue to find what I was looking for. Michael had my back until that day came, and when it did, we celebrated joyfully. There will be no issues in either using Michael to help find or sell your next property.
