Linda is a very professional and personable realtor. She listens to what you like and dislike. She is flexible when it comes to showing you homes working around two peoples busy schedules. We had the pleasure of having Linda purchase my sons first home in 2012; she then sold my home after my husband passed in 2014; she then sold my sons first home in 2017 and helped my son and I purchase a home together in 2017. Recently (2020) she sold our home my son and I bought together and helped him purchase a condo closer to his new job and I went into a 55+ community. She had us at 3 closings in one day. Linda is so awesome! She was always there if we had questions and was right with us the entire journey up to the end accompanying us to our closing of old home and closing of my new villa in 55+ community. She had an associate accompany my son to the closing of his condo since mine and his was the same time but at separate closing agents. Linda is very knowledgeable and shows great expertise in her field of work. We can't say enough about our great experience with our realtor, Linda.

We have worked with several agents in our lifetime. Linda is by far the best we have ever worked with. She was the listing agent when we bought our home we were so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge we kept her contact information. She has done it all for us. When we moved out of the state she found us a good renter. Then for many times in subsequent years we would contact her to ask about the market so we could decide if it was time to sell or not. She always not only remembered us, but she cheerfully performed a market analysis for us and gave us her advice. When it was time to sell she marketed it for us and kept us informed throughout the process. When we had contractors scheduled to perform repairs, she was always available to meet with them and report to us on the quality. The house sold in a timely manner at a price higher than what we expected. Thanks Linda. You are truly the BEST!!
