Mark Rucco is by far the best realtor I have worked with over the past 35 years in my experience buying and selling several homes. I had a challenging situation trying to sell an older family home in SE Florida- from up here in Massachusetts. Mark sold the house in three months! In order to sell the home from 1500 miles away, I needed to find a top notch realtor who knew the SE Florida real estate market, someone who was aggressive and could sell. So I used the web site TopAgentsRanked, where I found Mark. Mark has been very clear and informative starting with my initial phone call- down through my last conversation with him yesterday after the sale of the house. Mark knows how to price a house, knows the competition. He is attentive to details, advised how to best present the house- even had his own handyman come in and make minor repairs and enhancements. Mark marketed the house with numerous email blasts, physical mailings and brochures producing a lot of traffic at many showings. Whenever I had a question about something- anything- I texted or called him, he responded immediately. His staff is equally informed and helpful. Then when Mark found a buyer but the HOA required additional work to approve the sale, he coordinated the effort- which was significant- to complete those tasks to the satisfaction of the HOA. I am not surprised that Mark was recently ranked 79th by the Wall Street Journal in terms of transaction volume. As far as I'm concerned, he walks on water!

I would rate Sue a 10 PLUS on all skill sets!! I found Sue on Zillow and read her reviews as was very impressed. As I remember the words were "NO- Nonsense" and that is absolutely who she is. I came to Sue with the desire to sell my house and relocate to another city. Sue came in my home and told me exactly what to do as far as staging, painting, design etc.. She brought in a professional photographer that did an outstanding job portraying my pool and open style home. Honestly, within 12 hours we had our first full price offer. No kidding!! Unfortunately the house didn't appraise as high as it should of and I was advised to get the roof repaired. Sue recommended the vendor who did the repairs at a very reasonable price. House went back on the market and again within a day we had another full price offer!! Again we hit a road block due to the potential buyers credit but Sue to the rescue. We ended up leasing the home for one year to the potential buyer for a premium and he will buy at the end of the year. I am relocated and happy as a clam. Thank you Sue for helping my dreams come true. You can be sure I will call Sue when I am ready to buy my next home!!
