I can't thank Justin and Sarye enough for making the home buying process so easy. If you are looking for a realtor to work hard for you, respond to all of your questions, and guide you through the home buying process, Justin Smith is the one for you...It was not by accident that I met Sarye Smith (Justin's wife) during my exhausting search for houses in the Palm Desert, La Quinta, and Indio neighborhoods!On a late afternoon when I was feeling desperate, stressed, and directionless, I ended up by happenstance at an open house that Sayre was managing. It was not a house I would have considered, but I felt a strong pull to go inside. I have learned through the years to trust my gut!Upon meeting Sayre, I experienced professionalism along with an instant connection. She understood that I was working with another realtor and did not want to trespass into that existing business relationship. During our extended conversation, she professionally explained the role of a realtor and what they should be doing for their client. She stated that "We get paid a lot for what we do, so we need to be working very hard for you!" That comment resonated deeply within me. My career has been in the service industry, and I pride myself on working hard for my clients. My clients are of my utmost importance, and I expect to receive the same when I am a client. I decided that I needed a realtor to put the same effort for my cause that I would do for my own client - and I was not receiving that effort! Upon return to my weekend hotel, I emailed Sayre and asked if she could send me a list of properties that fit my house criteria. She immediately gave me an introduction to her husband Justin, and within minutes, I received a list of homes that matched my criteria. A number of the properties he suggested, connected with me, and we scheduled an appointment to view the homes the following day. This appointment was scheduled for a Sunday and Justin made sure he had plenty of time available for me!Justin was amazing! He directed me to the right house and was by my side throughout the entire process. I always knew that I had a trusted friend and partnership with Justin. He had my back! If you are looking for someone that will work as hard for you as you would for yourself and will serve you like he/she would family, you cannot go wrong with Justin Smith! Justin and Sayre, you are the BEST! I could never have survived this transition without their professional advice, friendship, and concern! I will always feel grateful and connected to both of you! However, that suggested BBQ might need to be after the weather cools off!

We met Justin and Sarye at an open house when we were just getting started with our home search.
