First time buyer in the desert area, and I was guided to Ms. Elaine Stewart,by my realtor in the Los Angeles area. Needless to say this was during the height of the holiday season between Thankgiving and Christmas. Elaine's effort and guidance propelled me through many listings and showings, pin pointing the pros and cons of areas and properties.
