We began to use Chris' services while still living in Michigan to identify potential homes to visit in anticipation of our move to Florida. Our needs were specific and very exacting and "just a nice house" would not work. Our need for boat parking, a workshop, a pool, and multiple bedrooms and office space were a bit challenging, especially when we were also operating within a specified price range. Chris presented us with lists of many potential properties, and scheduled visits for two trips from Michigan to follow up on the leads. We visited a huge number of homes and Chris never faltered when we saw a site that would not work for us... His perseverance paid off and we are now very satisfied home owners.
