We were searching for a house and working with local agents for over a year before we found Jason. Jason was the most responsive and down to earth agent we came in contact with. We found our home during the peak of the market boom and missed out on a number of houses prior in bidding wars. This didnt deter Jason and we eventually found our house and closed without much of a hiccup! Jason also helped us sell our condo during this time. Getting these both done at the same time was a lot on all of us. When we sat down to discuss the selling process, Jason was very honest and thorough. We decided to list higher than the price Jason recommended and we sat stark on the market. Jason then implored us to drop the price very quickly, and thankfully we did! We were able to get back to our ideal asking price, and this was all thanks to him. My wife and I were looking with a family friend who was a realtor. We weren't looking at houses to quickly or even houses we were interested in. We saw a houseIn a neighborhood we liked and Jason was the realtor of the property. Our friend at that point had no time so we called Jason to see the house. When we got to the home we were totally impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge about the home. We expressed out interests and what we were looking for and by days end we had pages of listings to go see that were exactly what we were looking for. We spent one full day out with Jason and submitted an offer. We had a few back and forth offers with the seller and could have possibly lost the home if it wasn't for the prompt professional service of Jason we wouldn't be in the home of our dreams. Jason made the process so simple and had so many connections for the remaining steps in the buying process.
