What an amazing team-Eric and Merian are truly amazing realtors! My husband and I met Merian at an open house when we first decided to purchase our first home! It was an exciting time and of course there was a million fears! She took us in and showed us the way, answered all of our questions and we landed our first home! It was our starter home that we flipped and lived in for five years! We decided to sell our home in a market that was high and homes were being bought quickly. Of course we choose to have Eric and Merian sell it for us. There was a lot of fears about selling our home! Buying was one thing, selling another! The process was a breeze! Their team was very dedicated to getting it listed and sold as soon as possible. As a person who looked at listings online I always judged the photos on the listings ! But let me just say their professional photographer took amazing photos, a drone shot, and a video of our house. In fact it all came out amazing I was second guessing even selling our home! But it was time for a bigger home with our growing family! We opened escrow twice after two buyers dropped out and each time they worked extremely hard to line up the next which could be stressful, but they handled it all which took a lot off of our shoulders. Every time I expressed my concern they would say let us worry about that, no need to stress! They sold it quickly and it was on to the next chapter! We are now in the process of purchasing our next home with this dream team and we are so very excited! Thank you Eric and Merian for being amazing realtors but more than that friends! That is just the relationship you develop with these two! Now they are stuck with us for life! They truly are the dream team you want selling or buying your home with and they make it happen! I highly recommend them to everyone!
