I can't thank Merian Lambert enough for all she did for us in buying the two properties we got this year. She guided us through the process, was looking out for our best interest, and protected us in ways I never would have thought of. Seeing how the two deals unfolded gave me a deeper appreciation for just how valuable the skill of the right real estate agent can be. Merian thought of everything. And after we bought both properties my brother started asking questions about the community and his new Parish, Etc, and I was worried that he was leaning on Merian too much. Nothing could be further from the truth. She answered all his questions and found the answers to what she didn't know. It really helped us feel so comfortable with the community we bought into. Merian is a one-of-a-kind, very skilled, and I know I will always go back to her for anything related to real estate.

My fiance and I loved working with Ryan. He was extremely knowledgeable, communicated perfectly, and catered to our schedule. As first-time homebuyers he created a stress-free and engaging atmosphere for us. He actively sent us nice listings throughout the week, and it was very clear that he took to heart what we wanted. He was even on board with our crazy request of going to 8+ open houses a day. And he came prepared with printed home listings and knew how much each would rent for (knowing that we would want to rent it out in about 5 years). The first time we met him, we completely changed our game-plan and he was able to take us to other listings and open houses on the fly. It's clear that he's well-connected in the area and goes to local networking events which helps when putting an offer on a house. In this competitive market, choosing the right agent to represent you is arguably more important than the amount you put on the offer. We would highly recommend Ryan. He's a cool guy and we enjoyed spending our weekends with him!
