I moved to Glassboro in 2016, and at this time it was difficult to find a house to rent, as it is in fact a college town. After contacting a few realtors about my situation, Dontae instantly presented me with excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a wide range of houses in several different surrounding neighborhoods. I had a different feel about Dontae compared to other realtors I was introduced to, he was very approachable, personable, patient and answered every question and explained every form clearly and thoroughly (as I was not familiar with the terminology in the paperwork).Buying and renting in Glassboro is very challenging, but working with Dontae was extremely straightforward and he exceed any of my expectations. He gave his undivided attention, and definitely reduced my stress level at the time, even when I was on a tight time frame. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in this process.
